傑出事蹟：
- 從事核磁共振波譜及成像，和分子影像在生物醫學上的應用。發表過70 篇論文。
- 近年來，研究領域亦包含利用納米粒子作靶向性藥物，包括顯影劑及癌症化療藥物的運送。靶向性藥物經由細胞膜上的受體對納米粒子的內吞，而達到對腫瘤更靈敏的，更精確的診斷。
- 利用納米粒子克服腫瘤對順鉑（Cisplatin）的抗藥性。
- 成立Howard University 生物醫學核磁共振實驗室及分子影像實驗室。
- 2007 年起擔任中國國家納米中心客座教授，並致力於中美納米技術及納米安全的合作。
- 26 項科研計劃主持人，研究經費來自包括NIH, DOD, USDA 及Monsanto Company。
- 一項核磁共振專利NMR Image Test Phantom, U. S. Patent and Trade Mark Office patent No. 4,618,826.
- 2008 年Howard University 傑出教授科研獎。
- 2010 年Howard University 科研日 資深教授論文組第一名。
